‘Young muslim expat (English)’

This human book went to Saudi Arabia with her family at a young age, coming from India.

She was raised as a muslim, but the Indian reality of islam is different from the situation in Saudi Arabia. Differences can be present in visible aspects, such as a dress code, and in teachings and values. For her it is important to make her own decisions and to be able to sustain herself. This year she will start her Master studies in Utrecht and she is looking forward to get to know the Dutch culture as well.
